Eyecare Tips – Unfortunately, there is no way to improve vision by eliminating a prescription through exercise. However, quality of vision can be improved by the psychological training of “blur interpretation”, but this depends upon the individual. However, near vision can be improved by focusing and muscle training. These simple but elegant exercises are called “eye push-ups’ and “eye-jumps”, and people should spend about 10 minutes/ day doing them.
